Congressman Raul Rodriguez unexpectedly discovers that he has a six-year-old niece named Gabriela Perez, the daughter of a much younger stepsister named Lucia Gant. The Gant family has never been an active part of Raul's life, but Gabriela's grandfather, Harrison Gant, is in desperate need of help. Tomas Perez, Gabriela's father, has brutally murdered his ex-wife, Lucia, and fled the country with Gabriela.
As a freshman Congressman with another election coming up, Raul is not in a position to provide overt help for Gant. But he knows who can. After few phone calls and a face-to-face meeting in Key West, investigators Gloria Tomlin and Sandy Raybuck agree to take the contract with Gant, and Gina Kelly and Dallas Kincade agree to provide assistance.
Thus begins a 6000 mile odyssey through the far reaches of the Caribbean to rescue Gabriela and avenge the murder of Raul's stepsister.

I have read all of Mr. Watkins books, and this is one of my favorites! I love the interaction between Sandy and Gloria, and Dallas and Gina. Having read all of the Dallas Kincaid novels first, I'm always happy when he is an integral part of the plot. I am happy that this novel takes me around the Caribbean, as it's probably the only way I am going to get there. Throw in some other interesting characters such as Vincent Saint Vincent and Sebastian Martin and the book keeps you wanting to turn the next page. I'm looking forward to reading book 5 in this series.Product details

No Place to Hide A Street Justice Novel The Street Justice Series Book 4 edition by L Lee Watkins Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
Ever wonder what kind of day jobs Robin Hood, Zorro, The Lone Ranger, and other arch foes of evil had? What they did between jousts with bad guys was often disguised in secrecy. Lee Watkins, instead, integrates this human angle into his stories. We know all about the hopes and dreams of Sandy Raybuck, his partner Gloria, and all the other swashbucklers on the team. Since evil is a constant, it is only a matter of time before the group is called to put day jobs on hold once again.
This time the call concerns murder and kidnapping within the family of former colleague, Raul Rodriguez. Raul’s day job as a U.S. Congressman prevents him from acting on a plea for help by a father-in-law he hasn’t seen or heard from in years. But details of the horrific crime which includes the abduction of a six year old, compels Raul to seek the help of his old friends.
Early on, we know who the guilty party is, but finding him is another story. He too has a day job, but moonlights as an important player in the employ of a powerful drug cartel. His value is so highly regarded, they are more than willing and able to hide him in obscurity until the case grows cold.
As the hunt begins, a bit of hearsay emerges to suggest the killer has left the country. However, his tracks have been covered so well that the “clue” could be a wild goose chase. The facts are he is hiding in plain sight or he’s out there somewhere in the wide, wide world. A needle in a haystack is a cinch, compared to finding this culprit. Not to mention, dealing with his protectors.
The conflict between good and evil has long been a popular path to literary success, be it fact or fiction. In the world of reality, good does not always prevail. In the world of fiction, most readers demand the heroes win out. To fulfill this demand, yet create suspense and intrigue, requires skill and mental dexterity of proven writers. L. Lee Watkins solidifies his position in this realm with his latest street justice novel “No Place to Hide.”
A fast moving tale that delivers the goods, the story line contains an especially good example of this writer’s capacity to stir the imagination and create suspense. It is a scouting mission inside a secluded, well-guarded dwelling of interest by Sandy Raybuck. We are right alongside Sandy in stealth mode for several anxious-filled pages when he puts all of his considerable training into play. As he carefully carries out his perilous assignment, we learn the magnitude of physical and mental prowess special force operatives must have. Or else!

Great series. I can't wait until the next book
Once again, Lee Watkins has a winner. The team is growing reasonably, multiple plots develop in a realistic manner, and there is always something exciting around the corner.
As long as he keeps writing them I'll keep reading them. It's unfortunate that these are works of fiction though.
Finished in just a few hours. Very good story line and enough characters to keep my interest
I will read more by this author
Good story. Action of the milder variety. Nice tour of caribbean islands. Good result in keeping with Gina and Dallas exploits.
